We’re delighted to announce our 2025 year-end recital: Sugarplum’s Gala of Sweets! This enchanting celebration will showcase your dancer’s growth in a world of sparkling tutus and sugary delights.

Sign-ups are now open: August 12 to November 1, 2025

DISCOUNT CODES

1. Early Bird Discount:

   • Details: Php 1,000 off for sign-ups before September 30, 2025.

2. Siblings Discount:

   • Details: Php 500 off for each sibling.

3. Early Bird + Siblings Discount:

   • Details: Php 1,500 off (combines early bird and siblings discounts).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Only up to 2 discounts may be combined.

• Payment plans available by request—email luvic@dancebylina.com

• Class fees are not included in the recital fees.

• Costumes have a separate fee. Reuse options available (details by September 1)

• Mandatory Attendance: Missing >2 rehearsals may affect casting

FEE COVERAGE

• Choreography fees

• Theater rental (2 days)

• Rehearsals (Sept-Dec)

• 4 free tickets for recital day

• EXCLUDED FROM RECITAL FEES: Class fees and costumes

REHEARSALS AND RECITAL

• Rehearsals begin: September 3, 2025 onwards

• Technical Dress Rehearsals: Nov 15, 22, 29, Dec 6 (mandatory; only Dec 6 will be at the theater)

• Recital Date: December 7, 2025 (Sunday)

COSTUME POLICIES

• Costume Fittings: November 1-15 during class times

• Not included in recital fees

• Details released by September 1

• Some items reused (tutus) with new headdresses from previous recital

• One new costume per level

BACKSTAGE POLICIES

• To ensure focus, safety, and professionalism throughout the event, we are enforcing the following rules:

• Parent/Guardian Access

  • Baby Ballet: 1 guardian permitted in dressing room only after child is brought downstairs by teacher. No yayas beyond stairway. Teachers will escort students to/from dressing rooms before and after performances.

  • Children’s Ballet 1 & above: No parents allowed backstage. One designated guardian per level may assist (no loitering). Teachers manage backstage transitions.

• No unauthorized adults in wings/dressing rooms during shows.

• No photography/videography backstage (distracts performers).

• No food in costumes (water only).

• First violation: Warning.

• Repeat violations: Guardian loses backstage access.
